Meet your health coach…

Hey, friend. I’m Antonio. After struggling with my weight and self-confidence since middle school, I lost nearly 50 pounds in a little under a year (and have sustained that weight loss) with a paleo/ketogenic diet. Over the past six years, I’ve poured much of my free time into studying a variety of healthy lifestyle practices, from nutrition, to strength training, to gratitude and mindfulness.

In the fall of 2016, I decided to turn my passion for nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness into a purpose-driven career as a health coach. It was the best decision I've ever made.

My services…

I provide individualized coaching programs ranging from 21 days to 12 weeks and beyond, depending on the needs of each particular client or group.

I typically work with folks who are looking for anything from increased energy and weight loss, to improved gut health and inflammation, to chronic disease management.

I also offer wellness workshops for small businesses and non-profit organizations, menu consultations, and catering for small events and fundraisers.

My approach…

While I absolutely do not agree with a one-size-fits-all approach to diet and health, we have to start somewhere. By combining paleo/primal eating principles with sensible movement routines and the cultivation of morning and evening routines for improved sleep and stress-management, we create a foundation upon which we can build sustainable, lifelong health.

Why Paleo/Primal?

Nutritionally, I view it as the ideal starting point: nothing processed, no refined sugars, no inflammatory grains, beans, or oils — just real, nutrient-dense foods. But it’s more than just diet…
